The Miracle Sealants Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer Quart is a water-based liquid sealer designed to protect ceramic tile, cementitious grout, and porcelain tile from staining and water damage. It must be applied using a Miracle Sealants Mira Brush or a clean, lint-free rag, and should be allowed to dry for 72 hours before use. This sealer is suitable for both interior and exterior use, and is certified to meet USDA requirements for incidental food contact. With a coverage of up to 1500 sq.ft./gal., it offers slip-resistant and freeze/thaw-resistant properties, making it a reliable choice for sealing and protecting various types of tiles and grout.
